Press Wednesday: Rusty & Dull

SOME TIME has passed since my last bench session, and it really showed tonight. I was unable to complete the last rep of my last money set… and my incline and skull crushers were very weak. My setup felt wrong on the first set, so I dropped the weight and decided to super-set the skulls with pinwheels for something different. This must be that ‘arm pump’ the brah trainers talk about.

While I also haven’t squatted in a while, it would be foolhardy to go too heavy when I intend to do something significant with my trainees on Saturday. We will see.
